Cleanse to Eliminate Cravings

I’ve just completed my very own 10-Day Refresh Program. I’ve revamped the 10-day program to include a 10 day cleanse and I decided to do the cleanse for a couple reasons. First, I think it’s good to do a cleanse a couple times a year to reset your system. Your liver (along with other detox organs mentioned below) and digestive system work diligently and cleansing gives your system a chance to slow down. Yes, even your organs need a chance to revamp. Imagine how you’d feel if you worked non-stop 24/7 without rest-scary, right!

Cleansing also supports natural weight loss, increased energy, clearer thinking, and improved sleep among other benefits. I also decided to do the cleanse because I’ll never offer clients something that I wouldn’t do myself, therefore, it was somewhat of a trial to make sure I liked it. Wondering if I did?

Yes, I absolutely did. Before starting the cleanse, I noticed I was preoccupied with food, craving something sweet all day long. I naturally tend to want something sweet after dinner but I noticed that I wanted sweets more than normal, starting mid-morning and in the afternoon as well as evening. This could have been because I was preparing so many sweets for various holiday gatherings and programs from pre-Halloween to Thanksgiving. The more you eat sugar or foods with sugar in them, the more you tend to crave sugar.
