Halloween is the start of the fall holidays where we are surrounded by tempting candy, cookies and cupcakes everywhere. Naturally, this relates to the ever-dreaded holiday weight gain and low energy. Bluck! Given that this a rather busy time of year with a parade of holidays parties and gatherings, coupled with the stress of always being on-the-go, and top that with a lot  a little sugar, it’s a recipe to put you to bed.

Staying true to clean eating habits can be challenging during this time of year, but it’s not impossible.  Even more important, we can still have fun and indulge while staying on track with healthy eating habits without gaining a pound.
